Creative Cell is interested in the directed differentiation of hESCs towards the mesenchymal stem cell lineage, and further into osteoblasts.

Besides directly isolating mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from adult tissues, Creative Cell has also established a protocol for the mesenchymal differentiation of hESCs. hESCs that undergo the embryoid body and mesenchymal stages can be further induced to form osteoblastic cells.
